0 RC ADVENTURES Cheap Tire Chains Tutorial How To DIY Snow, Ice, Mud, Bogginghttp://www.RCSparks.com – This tutorial is an overview on how to make Snow Chains for your Radio Controlled vehicle – whether it be a Car, Truck, Buggy, or other. Winter time is quickly approaching, and folks are getting ready to pack it in for the year. NO NEED! This simple, CHEAP way to build your own tire chains is made really simple in this video.. and is very straight forward. Hopefully, now that you have seen this video – you can make some for your Scale 4X4 RC and get out to have some fun.

Even in the Spring / Summer – these tire mods will help you on the Hill Climbs, Trails, and out in the streams! Great for crawling along the ponds for extra traction!

Now that you know HOW to do this, please be responsible with the way you use it! I use these chains on SLOW moving vehicles. I DO NOT suggest this for High Speed vehicles. Mis-use of any RC Product can cause harm, so please be a responsible RC’r!

    hey i use tire …
    hey i use tire chains alot in real life and if you take some small links and open both ends {use about six links} and place them evanly around the tire then get a small rubber band to hook on all the links the tire chain stays on propperly and longer because you can do the same thing on the inside and outside of the tire without getting cought on the axle housing

    No need for snow chains or sadly the brutal looking studed tires here but I just love the idea of it all. I think it was wise choice on the two tone chains.

    Chains would work in mud. So may be apply this to your mud slingers for more traction in mud..

    sure, it would cost a bit for you to manufacture them and send them, but i would actually pay that price! both, as a little ‘donation’ to your future projects and it would be really nice and ‘one-of-a-kind’ to have snow-chains hand-made, by non other than mr Medic =)

    @Josnow68 Sorry my friend, the costs of the Chain, and my Production Time & Shipping Costs – are more than what people would want to pay – So not really worth it for any of us. I dont sell RC products – and think viewers, and myself actually benefit more from me showing you “how to fish”then actually providing them for you ;)
