How fast can you drive if you have winter chains on your car tires?

You can drive as fast as you want, but usually the posted speed with chains is 35mph, any faster and you take a chance of the chains flipping off and damaging your outfit, also at 35mph, you stand a better chance of stopping than if you were going faster, if you are on ice..chains or studded tires act the same, everything slips on ice
